The First Coast Youth Orchestras Inaugural Concert will be held Saturday, Nov. 18, at 5 p.m., at University of North Florida’s Fine Arts Center, Lazzara Concert Hall, 1 UNF Drive, Jacksonville. Tickets are  $10, general admission, $5, students under age 21 with ID

Artistic Director Scott Gregg is joined by Aria Strings conductor Judith Steinmeyer and Intermezzo and Debut Strings conductor Rocky DiGeorgio in leading the talented young musicians of the FCYO in a program featuring: Weber,  Overture to Der Freischutz;
Vaughan Williams.  Fantasia in a theme by Thomas Tallis;
Mendelssohn,  Symphony No. 5 “Reformation”;
Dvorak,   Bagatelle, op. 47, no. 5;
Handel,  Music from Xerxes;
Joplin,   The Entertainer; music from Game of Thrones, and more.
