Transcendental Meditation, an introductory talk, will take place on Thursday, Jan. 11,
6:30 to 8 p.m., at the Webb Wesconnett Library,

The TM technique is a natural procedure that is scientifically proven to reduce stress, maximize mental clarity and improve health. This talk gives all the information to make an informed decision about learning the TM technique and includes the first three steps of the seven-step program. Free and open to the public.
